Google Developer Summit China

Google Developer Summit (GDS) China is an annual event hosted by Google showcasing the latest technology to developers and tech lovers alike. The team at Modicum was tasked with designing and producing the hour-plus Livestream Keynote, featuring presentations from nine Google Executives.

Developed for a primarily Chinese audience, we created a design framework to merge content graphics, animated brand elements, and lower thirds with speaker footage and Chinese subtitles. We created an animated countdown video to help kick off the Livestream, and each speaker was introduced with a short animation.
